What is psychotherapy and psychodynamic

Psychotherapy includes talking therapy techniques. I focus on Psychodynamic therapy, which explores the client-therapist relationship to uncover unconscious thoughts. It helps with life challenges and promotes growth, needing weekly sessions. I also train in CBT.
