Booking Essentials
Please read before booking to ensure a smooth experience:
New patients
- To see a psychiatrist, you need a valid GP referral.
- To see a psychologist, you need a valid GP Mental Health Care Plan. Please email 72 hours before your appointment.
- If you have not seen your psychiatrist/psychologist in over 2 years, you must book as a new patient (new fees apply)
- A $100 booking fee is required to secure your appointment, which can be used at the time of the appointment.
- Telehealth appointments must be paid in full 72 hours before to secure the appointment.
- WorkCover and Third-Party claims: written approval for your appointment by the insurer must be emailed to our practice, minimum 72 hrs before your appointment. Otherwise, full fees are payable by the patient.
- Please note: Psychiatrists do not see patients under 18 years of age.
