New patients Booking Guide
Please read before booking to ensure a smooth experience:
- To see a psychiatrist, a valid GP referral is required. Please email this to us at least 72 hours before your appointment.
- To see a psychologist, a valid GP mental health care plan is required. Please email this to us at least 72 hours before your appointment.
- If you have not seen your psychiatrist or psychologist in over 2 years, you will need to book as a new patient (new patient fees apply).
- A $100 booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This amount is credited toward your consultation.
- Telehealth appointments must be paid in full at least 72 hours before to confirm your booking.
- For WorkCover or third-party claims, written insurer approval must be received at least 72 hours before your appointment. If approval is not received, the full consultation fee will be payable on the day.
- Please note that our psychiatrists do not see patients under 18 years of age
